What is CASA d'ORIENTE Circle?
CASA d'ORIENTE is the first affordable luxury leather goods brand built around Muslim identity — genuine calfskin, handcrafted in Turkey, personalised with a proprietary Arabic calligraphy system. CASA d'ORIENTE Circle is how you participate in that story.
Rather than issuing equity, the Circle is structured as a mudarabah — an Islamic profit-sharing arrangement. Members contribute capital to a shared pool, and in return receive a proportional share of 20% of the company's net profit. It is genuine risk-bearing participation, administered through an SPV with independent Sharia compliance certification — not a loan, and not a guaranteed return.
How it works

1. Join the pool
Contribute your minimum participation and become a member of CASA d'ORIENTE Circle.
2. The company operates
Your capital supports production, inventory, and growth — you participate in the outcome, not day-to-day decisions.
3. Receive your profit share
When the company distributes net profit, your proportional share is paid out as your profit share.
4. Lock-up period
Your participation is held for a minimum of two years, reflecting genuine risk-bearing partnership.
5. Redeem or convert
From Year 2 onwards, request withdrawal in scheduled windows — or convert to equity if a funding round closes.
6. Transfer anytime
Your position can be transferred or sold to another investor, like a bond.
